A concierge is an oPHOTO : Event Edition team members who will handle on-site setup, equipment maintenance, attendee questions, and will coordinate with your event planner. The more hands on deck, the smoother things will go.
* During your consultations with us, we will help determine the optimal number of concierge team members that should be selected in order to keep things moving smoothly. Our goal is always top notch service!
** Standard scheduling is for an 8hr or less on-site stay (which includes setup and breakdown times).
